nutrizionali e&nbsp;organolettiche degli alimenti, riduce l\u2019utilizzo di grassi e condimenti, prolunga la <em>shelf-life<\/em> garantendo igiene e sicurezza alimentare.<br>Partecipa al laboratorio ambito gastronomico&nbsp;diventata da poco un\u2019impresa sociale: \u00e8 Il Gusto del Mondo, realt\u00e0 torinese che lavora sul tema dell\u2019integrazione attraverso il cibo.<br>Fondata da un gruppo di giovani under 30, Il Gusto del Mondo si propone come&nbsp;cucina itinerante fornendo servizi di catering che uniscono culture e piatti diversi.<br>Ne fanno parte 10 persone fisse pi\u00f9
